3. Event Participation and Bull Registration
For event organizers and bull owners:
- All information provided about bulls must be accurate and verifiable
- Event organizers must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding Jallikattu events
- Bull owners are responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of their animals
- Event requests are subject to approval by administrators and super administrators
- False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination
- Participation in events is at your own risk; we are not liable for injuries or damages
4. User Roles and Permissions
Our platform has three user roles: Regular Users, Admins, and Super Admins. Each role has specific permissions and responsibilities. Admin promotion requests must be approved by Super Admins. Abuse of admin privileges may result in immediate demotion and account suspension. Super Admins reserve the right to modify user roles and permissions at their discretion.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of Eruthukattu24, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Eruthukattu24 or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these terms.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or animals
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eruthukattu24, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (1) your use or inability to use the platform; (2) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (3) any interruption or cessation of transmission; (4) any bugs, viruses, or similar issues; (5) any errors or omissions in content; or (6) any injuries or damages sustained during event participation.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eruthukattu24 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (1) your use of the platform; (2) your violation of these terms; (3) your violation of any rights of another party; or (4) any content you submit to the platform.
